* In accordance with the National Association of Caterers a fee of 21% is charged to the subtotal of your event for Commercial General Liability Insurance, Alcohol Beverage Control License and Permit, and equipment maintenance. This Fee also includes general labor before and after the event, preparation of fresh mixes, load/unload and Travel/Wear and Tear costs and the 5% Credit Card Transaction Fee.
