As required by The California Alcohol Beverage Control Board we hold a 48 Liquor License and a 58 Catering License required to serve alcohol at events. We also handle all permits as required by the Alcohol Beverage Control Board.

Rasta Rita is a full service and fully licensed liquor caterer. Our insurance includes liquor liability, general liability, workers compensation, and commercial vehicle liability insurances.

Any on-sale 47 and 57 Catering license issued pursuant to this division that authorizes the sale of wine, also authorizes the sale of contains not more than 24 percent of alcohol.

Rasta Rita specializes in great service for creative and memorable affairs. Whether you require bar staff only, a full liquor bar, coffee service, or a wine and beer bar we will tailor our service to meet your needs and work within your budget.

Actually, there is no such thing. However, our servers are TIPS Certified. TIPS is a skills-based, 100% online responsible alcohol training and certification program that is designed to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and drunk driving by enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol.

In short, you need a 48 Liquor License and a 58 Catering License to serve Alcohol.
